| November 2011 | AIO moves its New Jersey office from Morris Plains to 271 US Highway 46 in Fairfield, NJ. |
| September 2010 | AIO moves its Texas office from Addison to 1700 Pacific Avenue in downtown Dallas, TX. |
| July 2010 | AIO acquires VeloceTech, an East Troy, Wisconsin-based web development company specializing in social media integration, search engine optimization, and mobile application development. |
| April 2010 | AIO opens its first Florida office at 5401 South Kirkman Road in Orlando, FL. |
| April 2008 | AIO opens its first Texas office at 16475 Dallas Parkway in Addison, TX. |
| March 2007 | AIO acquires Cogent Information Systems, a Massachusetts-based computer support company. |
| April 2005 | AIO selects N-Able as its vendor partner of choice for remote monitoring and management and incorporates the solution into its Managed Services offering. |
| April 2004 | AIO partners with IBM and obtains its first official vendor authorization to resell IBM PCs, laptops, and servers; as a result AIO stops offering white-box PCs. |
