Merrill Lynch dumps Satyam for TCS

Indian government appoints new chairman for Satyam

Kiran Karnik is the new chairman of Satyam, appointed by the government for the outsourcing company with a full roster of Fortune 500 companies for clients.
Karnik graduated from the Indian Institute of Management and was the president of Nasscom, a global trade body based in India with more than 1200 members.

Satyam suitors line up to purchase scandal-ridden company
